I found it disturbing as I heard different stories about young people (in their 20's and 30's) who wouldn't help their parents or grandparents during this time, because the work was "too hard", yet these young people know who to go to when THEY need something. It is VERY sad. I hope that my husband and I instill something far better in our boys. I pray that they learn not only to help family, but also those around them.
Please keep our area in your prayers as there were many who lost their homes due to flooding.
